Fed-OSHA is reopening for 90 days the rule-making records on proposed revisions to the federal Walking and Working Surfaces standard and the fall protection provisions of the Personal Protective Equipment standard.The Feds first proposed the revisions in 1990 because of the interdependent nature of the hazards and working conditions they address.
