Gazdecki Must Leave Appeals Board

SAN FRANCISCO -- Unless there is a major development within a week, the Cal/OSH Appeals Board will be down to one permanent member for the foreseeable future. Chairman James Gazdecki's term expired Jan. 15 and by law he was allowed to serve on the board for another 60 days. That means he has to leave the board March 15.
