Governor Gray Davis has replaced the labor member on the Cal/OSH Standards Board by naming Jose Moreno of Fremont to the rulemaking body June 3.Moreno, 47, is business manager for the Northern California District Council of Laborers and a trustee for the Laborers' Trust Funds for Northern California.
