LOS ANGELES -- The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) has rescheduled an advisory committee meeting to discuss proposed changes to Construction Safety Orders 1527 to May 13.The proposal would require construction sites with toilets to also supply hand-washing facilities.
