Hand Weeding Ban Advisory Committee to Meet Next Week In Sacramento

OAKLAND -- Should the General Industry Safety Orders (GISO) be revised to extend the ban on short-handled tools in weeding, thinning or hot-capping of crops to performing these tasks by hand?
