Jumbo Penalty for Unshored Trench Deaths

SAN FRANCISCO - Last week, in a story about trench fatalities and the DOSH permit system, we reported that Cal-OSHA proposed a penalty of $36,721 for Farmers Land Leveling / Masters Construction.
