K&L Plating’s Owner Will Serve Hard Time

HAYWARD, CA -- The afternoon of September 22, Superior Court Judge Harry Sheppard sentenced Robert McSkimming, the owner of now-defunct K&L Plating in Oakland, to 16 months in state prison. He imposed concurrent sentences for criminal manslaughter and a series of tax and insurance fraud violations.
