A joint sting operation between the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Major Crimes Unit has resulted in the arrest of a suspect who was allegedly posing as a Cal/OSHA inspector and shaking down small business owners.Mark Dwayne Jackson was arrested Sept. 19, according to Cal/OSHA Chief John Howard.
