A 32-year-old employee of the Hershey Chocolate and Confection Corp. factory in Oakdale lost an arm while cleaning a sifting machine March 24. California's Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) is investigating the incident for possible lockout/tagout violations and other issues.
