More About 1995 Bls Survey

LOS ANGELES - The latest Bureau of Labor Statistics survey of employer reports in private industry shows the incidence of non-fatal work-related injuries and illnesses in 1995 was 8.1 cases for every 100 equivalent full-time workers. This was the lowest rate in nearly a decade---even below the 8.4 incidence rate reported in 1994. ( In California, the 1995 rate was only 7.4.) There has been a steady decline since 1992, both in goods-producing and service-producing private industry, according to BLS.T
