No Fireworks at Standards Board’s – October 17 Meeting

FRESNO - Thanks to an agreement worked out between Cal-OSHA and the Office of State Fire Marshal that resolved jurisdictional issues, the Cal-OSH Standards Board's public hearing on updated General Industry Safety Orders for Explosives and Pyrotechnics produced a fair amount of testimony, but no fireworks.The public hearing on Articles 113 and 119 was held in Oakland on October 17.
