They have been approved by the Office of Administrative Law and are now in the California Code of Regulations.UPDATE OF NATIONAL CONSENSUS STANDARD REFERENCES FOR INDUSTRIAL TRUCKS: Amendments to General Industry Safety Orders 3650(b) and (d) were heard at the Aug. 20, 1998, public hearing, adopted Jan. 14, 1999, and became effective March 1, 1999.
