SAN FRANCISCO -- Fed-OSHA has begun a National Emphasis Program intended to reduce high injury and illness rates in the nursing home industry.The Feds are targeting nursing and personal care facilities that have 14 or more injuries or illnesses for every 100 full-time workers resulting in lost workdays or restricted activity.
