OSHA Cites Auto Salvage Yard on Guam

LOS ANGELES - On May 1, OSHA Region IX cited Lujan's Ponderosa Enterprises, an automotive salvage yard on Guam, for two serious violations that led to the death of an employee. Lujan's was charged with unsafe workplace practices and penalties of $2,500 were proposed.
