OSHA Nails Pa Contractor for Unprotected Trenches

FRESNO - Fed-OSHA on September 26 proposed $371,400 in penalties against Lisbon Contractors, Inc., of Danboro, PA, for failing to protect its workers at two separate worksites. Lisbon is a water and sewer installer. OSHA has inspected its sites 26 times and issued 25 citations, most of them for serious or repeat violations.There have been two fatalities.
