Rank-and-File Urge Smith to Take “Decisive Action” on DOSH

SACRAMENTO -- Nineteen Northern California employees of the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) have written to DIR Director Steve Smith, stating that the last decade has left DOSH "in a weakened state with little sense of mission in many offices," despite the best efforts of Cal/OSHA Chief John Howard.The letter, a copy of which was sent to COR, was also addressed to Howard.
