Fed-OSHA has cited a ship-building company and one of its subcontractors following an investigation into a workplace accident that killed one worker and injured another at the 32nd St. Naval Station in San Diego.The civilian worker died Feb. 27 from asphyxiation while working on a sewage tank on the U.S.S.
