Standards Board Hears Little Comment on – Demolition Package

LOS ANGELES - With the shadow of the writ demanding an ergonomics standard hanging over them, the members of the Cal-OSH Standards Board held a brief public meeting and hearing in Los Angeles on January 19. At the "closed session/possible litigation" that followed, they were briefed on the Petition for Alternative and Preemptory Writ of Mandate filed by John Henning, the California Labor Federation, et al., on January 17.All six members of the Standards Board were present at the otherwise uneventful
