The Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board will take public comments at its September meeting on two proposed amendments to Title 8 safety orders that would clarify the regulations and eliminate duplication.The board meets Sept. 16 at the Ronald Reagan State Building, 300 South Spring St. in Los Angeles.
