States Not Interested in Going Postal

Fed-OSHA has announced that it will retain coverage for postal workers after no states came forward to claim jurisdiction over U.S. Postal Service (USPS) employees.State-plan states have had the option of amending their plans to assume safety and health authority over postal workers since 1998, but there has been no interest.
