Third Draft of P&P for Dual Employers

PALO ALTO, CA - Members and attenders of the March 7 Cal-OSHA Advisory Committee will be given copies of the third draft of proposed Policy & Procedure C-1D for Dual Employers. It looks clearer than the previous versions and is only eight pages long.The draft is intended to help Cal-OSHA compliance people to be fair, consistent and protective of employee safety in situations where a dual employer relationship exists and a violative condition is found.
