Washington Seeks “Effective” Ergo Rule

The State of Washington has adopted a set of ergonomics regulations in which employers will not be fined for violations and allow some employers five years to prepare for compliance.The state says that more than 50,000 workers there suffer repetitive motion injuries each year, costing employers more than $400 million.
