SAN DIEGO - Cal-OSHA and Manhattan Beach police are investigating the death of 24-year-old Derrick Tambara. He was crushed on the morning of September 25 when the tailgate of a company delivery truck pinned him against a metal trash container at TRW Space and Electronics. Tambara was standing on a loading dock when he was killed.
