Worker’s Life Threatened In Recycling Incident; Workers Sickened By Chemicals

Among the incidents California's Division of Occupational Safety and Health is investigating this week is a mishap in El Monte in which 21 workers at a dry cleaning facility were exposed to chlorine gas and sickened. None became seriously ill, but all were taken to a local hospital.
