Zilog Sued Under Ada by Injured Fab Workers

SACRAMENTO - There must not be much Fed-OSHA presence in Idaho. A federal magistrate there on January 27 decided that 22 workers in a microchip fabrication unit in Nampa could go forward with safety-based job discrimination claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The case is Ko v. Zilog, 94-123.
