Petition for Reconsideration, No New Evidence or Issues. The petition, filed by E. H. Morrill Co., was denied where the petitioner did not present any new or compelling evidence and did not raise any additional substantive issues. The Board affirmed its August 4, 1975 decision and it rejected petitioner's assertion that the Board acted in excess of its powers in issuing a decision which was contrary to a Federal ruling.
