Head Protection---Walkways, Debris---Stairways, Required Above Two Stories. This appeal was denied and penalties totaling $125 were affirmed. Appellant's employees failed to wear hardhats (which were available) where there was possible exposure to falling objects from a second-story construction site in violation of 1516.
