Guarding, Exceptions, Press Brakes. This appeal set aside an alleged nonserious violation of 4197(d).

"The cited safety order, Section 4197(d), 8 Cal. Adm. Code, which requires point of operation guarding where unitized tooling is used, is part of Article 55 entitled, `Punch Presses.' Press brakes are, excluded however, from guarding requirements in Section 4189 of that Article.
