Evidence, Hearsay Alone Insufficient to Support Alleged Violation. This decision dismissed an alleged serious violation of 3328(b). At the time of the inspection this section required that:

"Machinery and equipment in service shall be inspected as recommended by the manufacturer and so maintained that it is safe to operate."

". . . (The safety engineer) testified that he telephoned. . . (a representative) of the Dresser-Clarke Corporation in Los Angeles to ascertain the inspection and maintenance period for the machinery use
