Appellant, a waterbed manufacturer, was cited August 27, 1975, for five nonserious violations of Title 8 observed on August 13, 1975. On January 15, 1976, following a reinspection December 30, 1975, the Division issued a Notice of Failure to Correct Alleged Violation and of Additional Civil Penalty of $32,855 for failure to correct four of those violations, of: 4309(b) ($8,100), 4309(d) ($8,100), 4070(c) ($8,100) and 2340(r) ($8,500).
