The Appeals Board, on its own motion, reconsidered the findings of the Administrative Law Judge in this matter dated December 2, 1976 (Digest 11,457). That decision was modified to the extent that the alleged violation of 3669(a) was set aside and the established violation of 3669(a)(17) was found to have been serious rather than nonserious as previously held.
