Dust, Combustible, Cotton Lint Presenting a Fire Hazard. Appellant was allegedly in violation of 8 Cal. Adm. Code 5174(a), a housekeeping safety order that required cleaning "as often as necessary" (but not with compressed air) to prevent accumulation of dusts which might present fire or explosion hazards.
