"8 Cal. Adm. Code 5208(a) requires that no later than September 1, 1977, employers shall report to the Chief of the Division where employees may be exposed to asbestos containing materials. 8 Cal. Adm. Code 5208(1)(1)(D) states Note: `The ordinary use, handling, or installation of products which do not require labeling under 8 Cal. Adm. Code 5208(i) are exempt from the reporting requirements.'
