Employer withdrew its contest of the existence of the violations, including five serious ones, which were related to an old brick manufacturing facility. All the violations concerned the long-standing condition and design of machinery and equipment used for the manufacture of bricks. The remaining issues at contest were the proposed penalties, totaling $600, for the six serious violations.
