Employer was found in violation of 3272(d) due to the presence of a slippery walkway which had not been provided with a nonskid surface or other protection. However, the Division's evidence was insufficient to establish that a permanent aisle was not kept reasonably clear and in good repair as required by 3272(c). A third general violation was dismissed; no penalty had been proposed for any of the violations.
