An alleged serious violation of 3664(a)(4) (forklift operating rules) was vacated, with its proposed $185 penalty. Serious violations of 3657(a) (elevating employees with lift trucks) and 2946(a) of the Electrical Safety Orders were affirmed--the first with its proposed $185 penalty modified to $50, the second with a $250 penalty affirmed.
