Further penalties for failure to abate two ethylene oxide violations were vacated in a total amount of $34,000. The amendment dates (on which the failure-to-abate penalties were proposed) were unreasonable, and were extended to 30 days from the date of decision for a serious violation of 5220(h)(1) and 60 days for a serious violation of 5220(h)(2).
