An employee was seriously injured in a 19-foot fall from a roof. He was walking backyard, pulling a machine that spread hot asphalt and unrolled roofing felt on top of the asphalt. The employee fell when he stepped off the roof. A helper, assigned to assist the injured employee, had to see that the felt (which was being blown by the wind) stuck to the asphalt.
