The Division conducted a complaint-initiated inspection at a site where Employer was removing the ceiling, lights, grids and fireproofing material in the California State University library building in Hayward, CA. Another contractor supervised Employer's work at the site. Citations were issued for five general and one serious violations; proposed penalties totaled $1,375.
