The Appeals Board denied Employer's petition to reconsider the Board's order denying Employer's late appeal.
Appeal, Late Filing. Employer was inspected in July of 1994. The Division issued a citation for a general violation which Employer received on September 22, 1994. Employer filed an appeal on January 31, 1995, and sent a letter of explanation for the late filing to the Board on March 3, 1995.
