PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION - GROUNDS
LAB. 6616 and 6617 (2000) - Employer failed to raise any valid grounds to prove that the facts found by the ALJ did not support the decision. Not having contested several violations on appeal, it could not contest them on reconsideration before the Board. Employer did not provide evidence to overturn the ALJ's credibility findings on several issues. And, Employer's challenge to increased penalties, based on the Division's pre-hearing settlement offer, could not be considered by the Board on reconsideration.
