Code Regs, tit. 8, § 2940(b) (2011) - Employer condoned and permitted propping open a shutter safety device designed to prevent inadvertent contact with energized electrical parts in a breaker cubicle while employees worked on equipment, which led to serious burns to an electrician, in violation of the safety order.
