44 COR 40-7935 [¶22,776] CONSTRUCTION SAFETY ORDERS – INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (IIPP), TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION WHENEVER NEW SUBSTANCES, PROCESSES, PROCEDURES, OR EQUIPMENT INTRODUCED TO WORKPLACE Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, §§ 1509(a), 3203(a)(7)(D) (2017) – The Division failed to establish that Employer did not have a proper IIPP in effect regarding training for constructing and installing stands that were used to transport building materials onto elevated residential roof locations. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 1670(a) (2017) – Employer failed to ensure that an employee wore his fall arrest system while being exposed to a fall in excess of 7.5 feet, a serious violation.
