Flash Report: Bay Bridge Joint Venture Hit for Alleged Willful Violation

California's Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) has issued willful and other citations to Kiewit-FCI-Manson Joint Venture for failing to record, inaccurately recording or failing to investigate sometimes serious injuries on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge project.
