Citations in Workplace Fatalities

Cal/OSHA’s Division of Occupational Safety and Health has cited three employers in early 2024 workplace fatalities. Mega Logistic, a Walnut-based employer, was issued citations for three alleged serious violations and more than $37,000 in proposed penalties.
