Was Cal/OSHA Correct in Citing Uber & Lyft?

How Effective is Heat Illness Standard?

Research by the Workers’ Compensation Research Institute concludes that California’s first-in-the-nation heat illness prevention standard resulted in substantial declines in work-related heat illnesses.
