INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (IIPP) – TRAINING
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3203(a)(7) (2015) – Employer failed to provide safety training which included general safety, glass inventory, material handling, lifting basics and use of personal protective equipment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS – IDENTIFICATION OF EQUIPMENT, MOTORS AND APPLIANCES
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 2340.22(a) (2015) – The Division did not establish that Employer violated the safety order by failing to mark the purpose of the eight emergency buttons on the seaming line conveyor.

MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT – SAFE OPERATING CONDITION
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3328(g) (2015) – Employer failed to maintain equipment located in the off-load department area in safe operating condition.

TRANSPORTATION OF EMPLOYEES AND MATERIALS – SECURING LOADS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3704 (2015) – Employer failed to secure loads located in an offload area against dangerous displacement.
