A motorist was killed on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge when a 2.5-ton plywood panel collapsed on the lower deck of the bridge, crushing a light truck.Anthony Menolascino, 47, of San Jose, was killed shortly before noon Sept. 25.
