SACRAMENTO -- The Division of Occupational Safety and Health is investigating the death of a construction worker at a condominium project near San Diego's new baseball park on Jan. 31.The worker, who so far has been identified only as a 60-year-old Los Angeles County resident, was employed by J.M.
