Toilets, Separate Facilities for Female Employees. A nonserious violation of Section 3260(e)(1)(A) was not established. The alleged violation concerned the toilet facilities in Appellant's bus maintenance area. At the time of the inspection there were three female and nine male employees in the area during the working day. Appellant presented evidence to
show that the employment was part time and involved staggered schedules such that there were never more than three employees present at any one particular time.
